I received this letter, the Saturday night before Father's Day and was very appreciative of its content and ... timing is everything!
I teach two very strong and lovely voices on Skype, in Norway, several times a month. Allister now has a full operatic tenor and Kristian has one of the best operatic baritone sounds I've heard.
They both sing in the Oslo Opera chorus and are very busy, both together and individually, singing professionally as opportunities present themselves.
I was especially appreciative of the fact that Allister did me the compliment of actually sitting down an writing me a letter in "long hand"-the old fashioned style-but he had to send it by Email, in the interest of time.
As it was a "graphic" it couldn't be put in my Tip as he wrote it. Therefore, I have found a suitable Font and have copied it verbatim for easier reading.
However, between my two scanners, I was able to get a fairly readable copy of the letter's two pages and have included a link to preserve the charm and style of Allister's thoughtful epistle.
