I'm Richard Fredricks and with me you will find the voice teacher/vocal coach in Los Angeles who has done it all from rap, pop to grand opera. As a former leading baritone with the Metropolitan and New York City Opera Companies, I will give you the technique I've developed and used during my long successful career. This will help you attain your best singing voice, whether you are a beginner, a professional in trouble or one who just needs that extra edge.

As a voice teacher/coach I can raise your current vocal level dramatically in the first lesson! I'll teach you to produce proper flexible support for any vocal challenges that a song or aria may present. While on the faculty at USC, I raised every voice of my predecessor’s eleven students at least a third and at least doubled the apparent voice in their first lessons. I do it with everyone.

As a music therapist, I have fixed vocal problems through my support and focus technique with Andy Williams, Pat Boone, Renata Scotto, Georgio Tozzi, Ann Blyth, Howard Keel, Jerry Vale, Constance Towers and a host of others who came to me for help.

My studio is centrally located at the intersection of the I-10, and National Blvd, one half mile east of the interchange with the I-405. If you live or work in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Bel Air, Santa Monica, or the Valley, you are in my back yard.
